1. Claim during the live
Comment “claim” (plus the item name/number) while I’m live. I’ll write your name and items down as we go.

2. Get your total
After the live ends, I’ll total your basket and share your amount with you.

3. Come to this page to check out
Update the quantity to match your total.

Example: If your total is $42, set the quantity to 42 and add this item to your cart.

4. Complete checkout
Proceed through checkout as normal. Your live sale crystals will be packed and shipped with lots of care. 💜

Hold & Forfeit Policy

• Please complete checkout within 24 hours of the live ending.
• Any basket that has not been purchased within 24 hours will be forfeit and items will be returned to inventory.

Our crystals are natural stone and may include imperfections, inclusions, chips, or surface cracks due to natural formation of the stone. This is part of their beauty and uniqueness. Please handle with care.

Returns & Exchanges Not Accepted
